About Us

My passion for senior care began with caring for my mother as she lives with moderate to advanced Alzheimer’s. Through this deeply personal journey, I saw the need for more individualized, compassionate care than many larger facilities can provide. That experience inspired me to create Welcome Home, a small, private residential care home offering personalized support, comfort, and companionship in a calm, home-like setting. My mission is to provide dignified, loving care where every resident feels safe, respected, and truly at home.

What we offer

Healthcare Oversight

Our facility provides 24/7 staff support to ensure every resident’s health and wellbeing are closely monitored. Staff observe and document any changes in health status, and concerns are reported promptly to the resident’s physician and responsible party. All healthcare records are maintained securely and confidentially within each resident’s file.

Personal Care

Residents receive assistance in all areas of daily living: Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Mobility, Toileting, and Feeding. Standard care includes regular showers and as-needed assistance with hygiene. Our focus is on dignity, comfort, and personal independence.

Bedridden Care

For residents requiring full-care assistance, staff provide complete personal care with compassion and professionalism. Incontinence supplies such as diapers, wipes, and under-pads are maintained to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

Housekeeping

We maintain a clean and comfortable environment through weekly laundry service for clothing, linens, and towels, and regular housekeeping in each resident’s room. All laundry is washed in warm water and dried on medium to high heat for optimal cleanliness.

Companionship

Residents enjoy daily opportunities for engagement, including movies, music, puzzles, coloring, and conversation. Our goal is to create a joyful, connected environment that promotes emotional wellbeing.
